Due to its great location, the accessibility of the property is excellent. Barely 30 km from Budapest, almost directly next to the M3 and M31 motorways, lies the building complex with a total area of 63,300 m2 on a 160.000m2 plot area, which was the pharmaceutical manufacturing and logistics base of the former of one of th most powerful pharmaceutical factory of the world in Gödöllő.
